T&T: 2 anchors

Larry Z has suggested using two Fortress anchors with flukes set for different bottoms. Good idea BUT I wonder if a Fortress is heavy enough to penetrate some of the grassy bottoms I've dragged in? My experience in Pelican Bay near Boca Grande/Gasparilla IS in SW Florida proved that a Danforth is useless there but a CQR and probably a Bruce will penetrate the grass and catch in the sand below. Just a-wonderin'!
