T&T: Anchoring and cruising Florida Keys

We are currently in Coral Bay, Islamorada and went cruising the past few days, actually went up to Windley Key and then out into the Atalntic, we draw 3.5 max, had continuos 2.4ft under the boat for 3 miles on the ICW and sometimes 1.6 ft coming back in to our Marina, very shallow this year in the ICW down here, people kicking up sand most places. did not get up to cruising speed in the ICW, Hope this helps.
