T&T: Anchor Light

i fail to see what displaying an anchor light as to do with being 
environmentally friendly!!  gee...  why does everything have to be 
politically correct, carbon neutral, footprint light, tree hugger approved 
these days.  dont' get me wrong, i live and work on the water and care but 
if we have to worry about the envionmental impact of an anchor light, this 
world is hopeless!

that said, even though Marathon / Boot Key harbor is a no wake zone and it's 
unlikely that some yahoo is going come crashing in an anchored boat, there 
may be other reasons for the requirement.

 isnt' Marathon outside the Colreg line?  if so International rules apply 
and there are no exemption for designated anchorages under international 
rules.
