T&T: Active Captain NOAA charts

Jeff,  I will gladly check out the new functionality and provide feedback.
I use ActiveCaptain frequently on the Chesapeake Bay.  Got a chuckle when
you said some markers need to be repositioned,  I often wonder at what
elevation people place these markers as I often find them in highly unlikely
positions.
