George,

You might try the new West System G2 epoxy.  It's a 2-part system in a small
kit.  Available pretty much wherever you can buy epoxy, or certainly over
the web.  It comes in two ~6 oz tubes.

It's designed for adhesion to plastics and I've used it successfully on
polycarbonate.
