T&T: Marine and Aviation Fuel bill in WA legislature

Here's the link to a bill, HB 1903, that is scheduled for public hearing at
1000 tomorrow morning (Thurs.) in Olympia.

Basically it requires distributers to make conventional lead free gas
available to marine and aviation users.  However, there is a loophole that
the retailer can be provided an alcohol / ethanol product if that is all
that is available.
