Rule 27(a) A vessel not under command shall exhibit:
	(i) two all round red lights in a vertical line where they can best
be seen.
	(plus normal nav lights if under way)

Rule 30(d) A vessel aground shall exhibit the lights prescribed in para
(a)(anchor lights)
	And in addition where they can best be seen
	(i) two all round red lights in a vertical line

Unusual to have two sets though - perhaps masts, antennas, sat or TV dishes
obscured the lights on one side or the other?
