Marty, take a deep breath and chill.  Refer to Scotts message and believe 
that except in confined places, the ocean has the capability to take care of 
the effluent as it does for all of the other of earths creatures.  We have 
more than enough radical elements in the world (eg. religious warmongers). 
Please do not catagorize yourselves with them!!!
