T&T: Lets use our heads

A single Orca consumes 24,000Kg of food a year. Some percentage of this is
pooped out. I have no idea how many otters, seals or birds there are in the
Pacific North West, but I assure you they put a larger poop load on the
ocean than all the marine toilets in use by boaters in a single year. If we
would all just use our heads and pump out when we can, using shore side
facilities and never in a sensitive zone, government certified or not. On
the other hand, in the middle of the Straits of Juan De Fuca or Straits of
Georgia I seriously doubt if there is going to be any impact if a few boats
pump their holding tanks out. Funny, if you hang your bum over the rail and
poop in the water its not a crime, but if you poop in a bucket, then pour it
in the water, your busted. All this banter and hostility is really crazy.
Just relax, have an adult beverage and contemplate 2 micron versus 30 micron
fuel filters.
