I will absolutely not buy ethanol gasoline for use in an OB! If and  when I
can't find gasoline without ethanol, I will buy avgas - LL100  - from a
small
airport and pay a bit more rather than have problems. I only  use maybe 20
gallons a year - a much smaller cost than the ramifications of  running
ethanol.

Unless you putting hi lead content 100 avgas in a high compression engine,
or have made mods to the ob engine damage to eh valves at the very least
are a greater concern than ethanol
