T&T: skype again

I also have had the Verizon Air Card for several years. My
"unlimited" plan is grandfathered ( according to the service tech I last
spoke to in December) until I change something that would default me to the
new plan limitations. That said, I recall reading the small print which
referred that if I had extremely high volumes of useage over 5 gig per month
that Verizon reserved the right to slow me down e.g. If I was streaming
video etc. But that I wouldn't be charged the overage (the newer plans
current plan charge is $0.25 per megabyte over 5 gig in a month.) I went
over by 2 gig in Dec...by accident(trying to use an online backup system
since dropped) and wasn't charged and have not noticed any degrading of my
speed. I conjecture that it my case it depends on the total volume of usage
vrs capacity on the impacted cell tower. Your individual account usage can
be viewed under the USAGE
Tab on the Verizon VZAccess Manager screen when you are connected.

I've had my Verizon aircard for about four years now. I have heard that if
you had service for a long time, you have unlimited, but the newer accounts
have some limitation. I'm fairly sure mine is unlimited because it's on
24/7, and I move a LOT of data around.
