Hi John,
I would recommend a three-DVD set by Precision Fiberglass. It's not
cheap, and the production values are pretty poor, but the guy really
knows what he's talking about and in my opinion it's very helpful to
actually see someone doing it, as opposed to just reading about it and
looking at pictures. He promotes his own tinting kit, but West and
