T&T: Generator Radiator cap problem

My 5.5 Onan genny will pump water out the overflow line on the  radiator cap, 
 after start up. I replaced the old radiator cap, the  spring was busted, 
however, it still pumps this water out the overflow tube  while running.
 
Any had such a problem?
