I probably just violated the list rules by encouraging Tommy to run a scam.
Let me rephrase that:

SCAM stands for Sure Could Accept Multiple offers on the boat!!!!  I dropped
the OB, so it should have been SCAMOB  :)

In all seriousness, this is like Chuck saying he went into Cuba and had some
sailboat guy pay his whole way.  Really, does anyone believe that?

So, everyone out there, if you do this, and you get a full price offer, you
are liable for the brokers commission.  Know before you go!
