T&T: Broken Differential GPS antenna

The antenna system which feeds the GPS on my lower helm consists of a stub antenna about 10" long, which is then connected to a mushroom shaped antenna by a coax cable and then to the GPS. The cap of the mushroom shaped antenna has an 18" wire sticking up from it. The cap has been broken into several pieces and no longer holds the wire antenna vertical. It has no brand name on it.....it only says "Differential GPS" on it. I'd like to replace the broken cap and wire antenna, but have no idea who made it or where to look for the part.

Can anyone guess what make this is from this description? I have some pictures of it and the setup, but can't include them with this post. I could send them to anyone who thinks they could identify it.

Thanks,
