T&T: Anchor clone

It seems to me that the "plow" shaped anchor is a bit different in shape and
function than the real farm plow, even if you consider that it is a
"double-sided" item while the farming plow is single-sided.  The farm plow
is restricted from burrowing and is curved to roll the dirt - not what a
plow anchor does.
