T&T: Anchor clone

I have a 42' Present that has huge windage. I 'enjoyed' dragging the
other night in a calm but wind swept anchorage with my as purchased 35# Delta
setup (the PO had a spare the same size, which I already sold). It was a
mud/sand bottom, it was set well, and I used 7:1 chain, but my boat is just
too big for this anchor in Neuse River mud for real sleep. This is not the
first time this happened.
I know plows are not the best in mud, but they sure fit well in my pulpit.
I also have a 35# Danforth High Tensile that seems to do a good job in
mud, but it is set up on rope which with my windlass setup would not be a one
man remote control process (very nice feature that the PO created). This
anchor is not a natural for my arrangement as the primary anchor, but I am
going to play with it some more.
I have a nice 44# hinged plow (the brand with the grease fitting in the
joint) in storage, but I am not sure I will gain much in holding over the 35
pounder.
So I am thinking - sell off the babies and get a bigger one. 60# seems
about right. I eBay searched and came up with this $230 copy, and it's
attractive in that Belhaven is close by.

Anybody have any experience with this company/Delta copy? Quality
acceptable? Should I spend more for the hinged unit they have? Does a 35#
Danforth hold better in mud than a 60# plow? I have been reading several
articles, but the real world input this list provides is a wonderful source that I
need to tap.
Thanks to all. I need to be able to sleep better when on the hook. Jim
