We spent some $$$ with Captain's during the Seattle Boat show & met their
staff member who does clock repair.  He's a little oriental guy with an
accent.  He seems to know his stuff.

But if you are in the Puget Sound/Seattle area, Captains Nautical Supplies
in Seattle carries several lines of ships clocks and I believe they do--- or
have a vendor who does--- repairs.
