T&T: Nobeltec VNS 9.3.2240 and WF-39 Charts - No longer Display Bridges?

Getting ready for another season I upgraded two of my Nobeltec VNS 9.3.2240
chart areas from Passport WF-37 to WF-39 to ensure we had the latest...

However after upgrading to Passport Charts WF-39 in two areas I no longer
see any Bridges displayed on my vector charts between Maine to NJ.

However my Florida charts that are at WF-29 still show bridges just fine.

I have reported this Passport Charts WF-39 problem/issue to Jeppesen Marine
support and provided multiple screen shot examples that show bridges
displayed on Raster Charts but not on the Vector Charts.

I wanted to:

    - Provide others with a heads-up on this apparent issue with VNS 9.0 &
WF-39

    - To see if anyone else may have encountered this problem with 
       Passport Charts WF-39?

    - If anyone might know of a solution while I wait to hear from Jeppesen
support?

Note - I do not want to upgrade to VNS 10 with Jeppesen charts due to chart
readability issues (separate topic).
