T&T: Drinking water

Rather than taking the route of expensive filters and filter elements, we 
chose to use the water in the tank solely for cleaning (dishes, spills, 
bodies and teeth) and buying water from supermarkets in the gallon and 2.5 
gallon sizes for drinking.
