T&T: ship stuck in ice

It is unfortunate I was not elected President...
 Among the very first things I would have done is inform commercial ship lines
is that the USCG is a rescue service to save lives, period... The ship is on
its own... And if you are the first freighter out and got stuck in the ice we
will lift the crew members off, but you will need to pay a salvor to go get
your ship... After the shippers pay their first ten million dollar towing
bill. they will either learn judgment, or form their own ice breaker/tow
service at their expense, not the tax payer's...
And I would order the IC's dredged and kept dredged...
And vigorously enforce admiralty law against states/towns that want to
interfere with boats using navigable waters....
And Richard Daley would reopen Meig's Field, or never see another penny of
federal monies...
And any corporation that got itself in financial trouble would be invited to
get itself out without money from Uncle Sam..
And on, and on... Which is why I will never (100% confidence level) be elected
President...
