I don't know whether to laugh or cry. Your story is so pitiful that I
feel you really deserve some sympathy. Not that free sympathy is worth
much. But, it got me to thinking about your tribulation and that might
be of some use.
Just for the sake of discussion, consider this. Maybe the problem is not
the UV. Suppose it's some kind of contamination. Is there any chance a
silicone has been used in those locations in the past? Or, for that
matter some other chemical? I really don't have any clear idea what it
might be, but since your symptoms are so variable it makes a fellow
wonder about chemical contamination.
