T&T: Genset annoyances

Larry said it absolutely correctly and better than I did.  Mooring fields
are splendid at enabling many boats to pack into a go weather-protected
place like Marathon.  It is reminiscent of going to NYC after living in the
countryside.  You just gotta understand the situation.
