Time reported from GPS;s, though rather stable, are not alligned with the 
'offical' time.  There can be several seconds delta.  Depending on your 
applicaiton, that may or may not matter. But I think the OP said something 
about Celestrial Nav, and as such GPS time would not be accurate enough.
