T&T: A nagging question

FWIW:

We have a client who had a yacht, a 60 some foot schooner, custom built
for a circumnavigation. He and his wife and 2 children left on their
adventure a little over 2 years ago. And, this wasn't any normal
circumnav, this was via the great capes! Is Frank a great seaman? You
better believe it! Is he a great planner and conservative sailor? You
better believe it!

Last April, while he was in Brazil, and about to complete his voyage
from Maine to Maine, he renewed his insurance policy. When he reached
Maine, he put her into the builder's yard for freshening up. The
builder's shed caught on fire, and took the yacht with it.

Now Frank has a pile of rusting metal, a solidified puddle of plastic, a
pile of wood ashes.... and, a check from the insurance company for
nearly $1,500,000!
