T&T: Ike

Pine Knot is also quad-tied in her slip in Clear Lake Texas waiting for the
wrath of Ike.  We talked about moving her, but Ike's path was just too
undefined to give us a clear idea of which way to go with enough time to get
away.  The storm surge is going to be a big problem for us.
