T&T: Chesapeake Vessel Sinking

The 8' waves were in the Chesapeake Bay just outside of the mouth of the
Magothy River.  I have experienced larger waves in an 11:30 AM thunderstorm at
the same location.  Fortunately I was in a 36' ketch at the time.  The mouth
of the Magothy is relatively open until one passes R "2" in the river, where
