Greg,
I'm on Weems Creek in Annapolis and looking out the window at -0.19 from Low
and the water is about 2' above an average low. Water is currently 4" below
deck boards on my neighbors pier (I rebuilt my pier a 18" higher 2 years
ago).

Ches Bay looks OK with just normal high tides.
The last hurricane a few years ago with strong southerly winds caused
a lot of damage
