T&T: large batteries

I've been using battery desulphators (pulsers) for years and they work. I 
keep one on my boat batteries 24/7. My Lifeline AGM's are about 6 years old 
and going strong so far; I expect them to last a lot longer. They are also 
hooked up to a three stage "smart" charger.

I've used the BatteryMinder to bring back batteries from the dead that I've 
found up in the trash. As long as the electrolyte is above the plates (on 
wet cells) they seem to recover fine after an initial charge then a month or 
so on the desulphator. Not every battery can be brought back of course, but 
I'm sold on these. I even have one that I put on my truck battery 
occasionally, when I'm  not going to use it for a day or two.
