T&T: Locking Fuel Fill Caps

I spray all my locks with a shot of Sailcote about once a quarter. This dry 
lubricant works well to keep locks working smoothly in salt water exposure. 
Oh yea, never use graphite on locks that will be exposed to salt water. 
Since it's conductive, it'll set up a nice little galvanic current that will 
eat them alive.
