T&T: Locking Fuel Fill Caps

Funny  you should ask as I've been cogitating on this one for a bit. The only 
thing  available seems to Perko plastic (which I wouldn't have) and it won't  
fit my fills anyway (too small). I'm  going to install a rising-stem  gate 
valve just above the tank penetration. BTW, non-rising stem gate valves are  a 
bad idea and a no-no as far as CG is concerned.
