Ah yes, the "U.S.S. Freedom."  Glad she'll finally be done.  This is the ship that has horrible cost overruns due to extremely poor planning.  It was so bad that the contract for more ships has been cut back.  I read where they based her design on an Italian fast ferry.  To me, it looks like they based her design on Larry Ellison's former "Izanami" now "Ronin."  I think a displacement speed of 26 knots is plenty fast enough.
Did you notice that Kamewa is now part of Rolls Royce?
