T&T: A trawler she is not

I was curious about this ship because of the old adage that a planning hull
can't carry enough fuel to get out of sight.  That is apparently true of
this ship -- she can run at 48 knots alright, but will run out of fuel at
that speed in less than five hours!   She has another set of engines to get
her to the site of operations, although apparently having four engines
limits her fuel capacity even at slower speeds.   Definitely not a trawler!
