T&T: Dismal Swamp route

Scott,
We transited the Dismal Swamp canal both ways this year.  It is deeper and
with far fewer deadheads (water-logged tree parts) on the bottom than in
years past.  We draw 4.7' and had no issues this year at all.

Be advised that as of 3 weeks ago, lock openings at each end were restricted
to 9AM and 3PM to conserve water needed to operate the locks.
