T&T: Engine heat

Getting colder here in Baltimore.......How high (lift) can an engine push
cooling system water? I am thinking of running engine cooling water through a
heat exchanger in the saloon (and maybe the flying bridge) but can the cooling
water pump handle that? What kind of lift will an engin's impeller provide,
and are there any other considerations to be aware of?
