T&T: Florida , are the Politicians listening?

I have a boat in Florida, this coming year I have the option of paying State sales tax or going to the Bahamas and not having to pay the sales tax.
If the State had a method of recognizing values based on current economic conditions, I may persuaded to actually pay the State, wow !!! would they like that, I doubt they even think about helping revenue other than "raise" taxes to compensate.

Now...even worse...many foreign residents would consider purchasing property in Florida, thus helping the ecomonic situation, however, foreign ownership is "punished" with higher property taxes, so this helps the locls ?? are changes coming ??  

This is an example of Politicans being unable or unwilling to increase revenus without burdening local residents, so, what happens, they get re- elected. We get the Government we deserve !!!!!

US citizens, it's time to get active on a local basis, kick out the lazy bums who do not re-act to current conditions. Get America back to the great Nation she is !!!!
