Another former Nobeltec owner recommends Coastal Explorer. I don't know of 
anyone who has used Coastal Explorer who has gone back to Nobeltec. It does 
everything you want and uses the free NOAA Rastor and ENC charts. Half the 
price and no charge for upgrades.
