T&T: Annapolis-after the boat show

I'm going to be in Annapolis attending an ABYC school next week. Arrive on
Monday afternoon and leave Friday, right after the class is over. I know most
of the show attendees will be gone, but I think there are quite a few that are
permanent to that area, or transiting through. I'd like to stop and say hi to
anyone that I can get to. I'll be staying at a Doubletree on Holiday Court,
and the classes are at the Maritime Museum. Won't have a rental car as there
is a shuttle from the Hotel to the museum.

Are there marina's in walking distance to the Museum? Anything in that area
that would be a must see in the late afternoons (after 4:00)? I've never been
to Annapolis so I'm not at all familiar with the area, but I've heard a lot of
good things!
