How will it "not start"?

Can you hear the starter solenoid(s) click when you press the start
button?  Does 12 volts appear at the starter terminal when you press
the start button?  Any sign of cranking at all? Can you make it crank
by connecting a heavy-gauge jumper from the battery to the actual
starter terminal?

If you can determine that the fault is really in the starter itself,
take it to a local automotive starter rebuild shop - they should be
able to repair it for less than the cost of a new starter.
