T&T: computer problem

Somewhere the suggestion was made to turn-off WAAS to see if the problem
goes away. The WAAS problem may require a ROM update for your GPS. This is
all caused by a new Defense satellite whose signal strays near the WAAS
signal. Their satellite is legal however.

Did you remove the computer cable to see if any other instruments get the
signal? I suspect that they do not. BTW, all computer diagnostics include a
test for a serial port.
