T&T: Salt Away question...

Over the last week I plumbed all my engines (2-3208's, 1 MDJE) so I  can run 
salt away thru the heat exchangers. I read the directions and they say  it's 
not required to rinse after, although they are referring to use with their  
flushing device. I used a 5 gallon bucket and mixed my own.
 
My question, should anyone know, is--can I leave that stuff in the  
exchangers for a log period of time?...and, if not, how long?
