T&T: PB Blaster's expensive side effects

On the PB  label they praise it's ability to dissolve a styrofoam cup,  also 
on the label the can I have states:
 "PB restores life to "O"rings and rubber seals."
I have used it often as a penetrating oil with good results, never around  
seals, luckily I guess. If I have an old seal lying around somewhere I'll give  
it a good soaking and see what happens. (rubber seal not the animal)
They also claim to be a "magnetic lubricant" what does that mean?
