T&T: Results of shaft couplers inspection

Being  a belt and braces type, I suggest putting a hose clamp around the 
couplings in  order to absolutely prevent the pins from coming out. I have seen 
this  happen. It's cheap insurance.

front end of the split such that tightening the clamping bolts holds  the
pins in place.
