I have been pretty busy rebuilding my C drive of about 100 gigabytes
after it got scrambled. Last night I finally got the web site tools
working and the first project was to update the Over 20 Meter page.
The links have been updated to the generally most recent US government
pages, which means 2007. It has been several years since I updated this
page, some of the links no longer worked. The Perko link may not be
working and that is a whole nother story for another day.
The long term solution to these kinds of link changes is to use gpo
access links that use the gpo intermediate processor to take you to the
latest material. The second part is to put the links themselves in a
separate database from the text explanations and build a tool to check
them out and fix them in an easier manner, that's a long term project
which won't happen soon...
In the meantime enjoy the updated material.
Here is the URL.

BTW, I recovered almost all the data on the scrambled drive. The trick
was a SATA/IED drive to USB adapter cable where you can hook a drive up
external to Windows or the operating system and use software tools to
get the data. The cables are about $15, the Model is EN2535A. I would
not go to sea without one. Consider this a must have for long range
cruising and computers.
Regards,
Mike
