T&T: Fuel prices, Solomons Island. and south.

Spring Cove Marina in Solomons just reduced their diesel price from $3.89 to
$3.69 today.  Can anyone tell me of a lower price, say in Portsmouth, VA, or
North Carolina?  I feel that oil and diesel prices are headed down (there
has to be something good about the financial crisis), but would feel better
if I had a concrete example along our southward path to Florida.
