T&T: Louisiana Registration

I received a notice from the Louisiana DWF that certain USCG documented  
vessels must now be La. state registered. This includes to those used for  
recreation or commercial fishing and have been in La. waters over 90  days.   This is 
went into effect  on August 15, 2008 something  new here but seems to be 
standard procedure in most states.
