T&T: Replacing chocks with cleats

Of course, you are correct, and frankly I just never gave that a thought.  I
just assumed it would be a simple job to remove the chocks and use the same
holes to install the cleats.  I measured the chock holes and the holes
measure up to the mid bow cleat.  However, I do like the idea of having a
2nd set of bow lines so I will probably go with adding the new cleats and
leaving the existing system as is.
