Half a century ago, while an employee of RCA, I designed major  
portions of the radar countermeasures system that was to be used in  
the ill fated B-70 bomber. This sounds suspiciously like the "chirp"  
pulse that was used in some airborne radars.  Nothing new under the  
sun - is there?
