T&T: Adler-Barbour refrigation

I have Adler-Barbour system about 1987 model. It is a dual air-water cooled
system. The water cooling centrifugal pump quit working but the air cool
system is OK. While boat at dock I discovered that the power to boat was less
than 100 volts. That was corrected but the 110 volt centrifugal pump still
does not work. I have brought it home with the idea of replacing it but
before purchasing I checked and the pump is working.

I originally thought that the pump burned out due to low voltage. That is not
the case nor has (thank goodness) the compressor motor burned out due to low
voltage. Apparently something on the Adler-Barbour system is not letting 110
volts get to the water pump motor but does get to the fan motor.

Unfortunately boat is 700 miles away so can not check the system further but
would like some ideas or suggestions for when I return.
