T&T: Analog 2 Digital TV adapters

'Lo All,

One of our local (Panama City) TV stations has begun broadcasting a 
notice that when they go all-digital, that they will reduce the 
transmission power and that outlying users may have difficulty in 
receiving the TV signals and to consider a remedy (unspecified, but 
presumably a more directional antenna, an amplifier, or both).
